I have trained many horses and still run an active training and show barn in Moorpark, California. I love horses, dogs, cats, reptiles, birds or anything alive that I can paint.  My art expresses the power, beauty, and the soul of the horses I've trained over the past 30 years and all the other animals that have blessed my life with their teachings.Training and art are a gift from God that allows me to feel the body and spirit of the animals.

Horses are amazing that they allow us to walk next to them, get on their backs and ask some of the craziest things of them. We ask them to dance to music, chase a calf, jump huge obstacles, get in a box and go down the road behind our truck or car, pull a buggy for us, go on trails where wildlife is free to come after them, and most of all they allow humans to bond with them not knowing if they have a home forever or not. My art is a way to capture what I've felt being around them for the past 40 years of my life. This is my expression of gratitude for all the horses have done for me. When I look at any animal I can connect with their spirit.

When you purchase a painting of $1000.00 or more, I will take 10% of that and donate it to a rescue or charity of your choice and provide a receipt for that donation.
